Whenever you as a customer make a purchase for your home or business you generally have the option to take out a Guarantee on that purchase to protect you in the unlikely event of any faults or breakdowns.

Why should this be any different when you are having building work carried out?

At Touchwood Building contractors we believe that you should be able to have your purchase/investment protected by a guarantee.

Our Guild membership provides a benefit that solves this problem for you. All of our current and potential customers have all the reassurance they need as we can provide a Guild of Master Craftsman Insurance Backed Guarantee. This is a powerful tool in helping us to install a sense of peace of mind within our clients, allowing them to feel confident about employing us to complete projects at their homes and business premises. We also hold separate insurances with a claim value of up to £10 Million, to cover our customers in almost every eventually.

What about the cost of a guarantee?

There is an additional cost on top of the project value, should the customer wish to have their project guaranteed, the premium is based on a percentage of the overall project value. Therefore the cost of the guarantee varies for each individual project
